In general, we want you to write about whatever you are passionate about. However, our readers have a liking for certain topics and types of articles.

We are most interested in publishing articles for our 2.21, News, Demon List, Mods, and Guide categories. But more specifically, we're looking for articles that fit into one of the following categories:

Analyzing an update sneak peek from RobTop

RobTop occasionally shares previews of the upcoming Geometry Dash update. We love articles that analyze these!

Theories as to when an update will release

While RobTop rarely gives release dates for updates, articles analyzing what will be in the next update and around about when it could release are in high demand.

Reporting on upcoming Geometry Dash events and community dramas

Anything analyzing Geometry Dash events and other community dramas are always nice to have. Dashword also serves as a historical record, so our goal is to document as much of what goes on in the Geometry Dash community as possible.

Reporting on extreme demon verifications, previews, and progress

We love to document anything to do with popular extreme demons and appreciate when authors analyze previews or verifier progress reports.

Reporting on Geode and other popular mods

Reporting on whenever Geode gets updated to a new version or when new mods come out.

Tutorials on how to install certain mods

Tutorials on how to install a certain Geometry Dash mod are also in high demand.

Tutorials on how to unlock certain icons or secret areas

Geometry Dash has lots of icons and secret areas. Tutorials on how to unlock these are appreciated.

That being said, we are more than willing to publish almost anything relating to Geometry Dash, such as personal essays or level reviews. But we will typically give the topics above higher priority since they are more popular among our readers.

Now, once you've thought of a topic, you'll have to make sure your article follows our Style Guide, which we you can check out by pressing Next below.
